From our observations, we are confident that he reflects the philosophy and general atmosphere of the entire dealership. Not only did we research and read reviews for various vehicles on line, but we did the same research regarding the dealerships where those vehicles were available, even seeking out a personal opinion of a former long-time resident of the Reading area, who confirmed the positive reputation of this particular dealer. Since we did some advance preparation, we feel that we received a fair market value trade for our vehicle and were satisfied with the final purchase price for the one we selected. Without hesitation, we would recommend Tom Masano Mercedes-Benz and Luis, in particular, to any potential customer. More
Very poor experance I found the car on line and called I was told it was a very nice unit with a good price.. I made the deal over the phone and was told if I can come in from rochester N.Y. the next day th was told it was a very nice unit with a good price.. I made the deal over the phone and was told if I can come in from rochester N.Y. the next day they would refund me the cost of airfare $272.00 I flew in the next morning they picked me up at the airport, when I got to the dealership.. the sales person was with another person trying to make a deal. I waited about 20 min's for him. I went out and looked at the car and it all started from there. there were dents, some damage on the left rear door, three diff tires on it, no mats and very dirty .. oh by the way its a $28000.00 used car!! now I have the salesperson I told him I was not happy!! look at the damage and the tires .. He says its because of the accident,1st I heard of this ? He told me it was no big deal we did the work here and it was just the front bumper less than a $1000. I asked to see the repair record he said he was not able to get in the computer system . I told him again I will need to see it. he went to a manager and came back and now said he was wroung they did not do the work and did not really know about the work . (so he lied)I SAID OK I LOOK OVER IT IF IT LOOKS OK I LIVE WITH IT.. BUT I still need to resolve the tire issue and make sure i get the books and the 2nd key also I need the mats.HE SAID NO PROBLEM!! AfTER 2 and a 1/2 hours there and I still had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. an hour after there closing time.And they took my money..He said they cant find the key and books.. but I found a set of mats. and he did. ( not the right ones) and he would get the other things and send them to me.. I have tried to resolve this and have askd to speak with the owner .. all I got was an email from a GSM and that I may Have to pay for them IF they cant get them from the previos owner. ALL I want is what is due me !!! Its seems like people should stay away from this company its a shame they have lots of stores and it could be a great operation if done right.. insteed all they want is the money!!! It was a real bad purchase!! STAY AWAY NO DEAL IS THAT GOOD WHEN YOU GET CHEATED !!!! More
I went into the dealership today with my wife and two kids to look at a car for her birthday. Having to drive over 1hour with my kids was very difficult and tiring. Sales manager Phil greeted me soon as I walked in the door and assisted me from the beginning to the end. The dealership was pretty busy, even for a snowy day. Phil and everyone at the dealership were very courteous and professional. This was the first time I’ve purchased a car and walked away happy with the service and the price that I have paid. I’ve done a lot of research and Tom Masano Dealership by far had the most competitive pricing. Sales consultant Kerry also went out of his way to explain every detail of the car from top to bottom. I am very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend Tom Masano Mercedes-Benz. More

I would not recommend this dealership, especially for used vehicles. Overall my experience was not a pleasant one. I have owned the vehicle for less than one year it has been in and out of the shop 8 tim used vehicles. Overall my experience was not a pleasant one. I have owned the vehicle for less than one year it has been in and out of the shop 8 times, I have finally stopped calling them as they just don't care! You entrust in local dealers to take of their community but this was never the case. I now owe more on the vehicle than it is worth and can not even get rid of it! They even called recently to ask about my experience, when I expressed dismay they said they were sorry to hear that but offered no resolution. The car has broke down and left me stranded a dozen times in a year, half the issues can not even be resolved with the car because no one knows even how to fix it....I feel the car was misrepresented from the beginning. I even had a rats nest removed from the cars undercarriage...the wires had been chewed so badly they had to be replaced....someone had attempted to glue them back together in attempt to save a few bucks on the repair! There is no way they inspect cars before reselling them! I have accepted that I am stuck with the car after 11 months but hope that someone who reads this will change their mind in purchasing from them. More
I live in Hollywood, FL, a long way from Reading, PA, but I had seen just the car I wanted online at this dealer. I called up the dealership and was transferred to sales person Kerry Stone. I had a dozen questions about the car, and Kerry was both very informative and patient. Based on the confidence he instilled in me through a series of phone conversations, as well as his descriptions of the car (he even took it out for a road test and gave me a complete report)I decided to buy the car, providing my actual inspection of the car agreed with his favorable assessment. I flew up to PA, and Kerry had a valet drive me the 40 miles to the dealer, gratis. The car turned out to be exactly as described, perhaps even better! My entire purchase experience was handled professionally and with friendly demeanor. All the paperwork was ready to go when I arrived, and when I left with the car I even had the title in my hands. Kerry could not have been more helpful. I hope that people in the Reading PA area appreciate what a gem they have in Kerry Stone. I've bought many cars in the more than 45 years I have been driving. I can honestly say I have never had as happy and easy buying experience as I've had with Kerry and Tom Masano MB. Kerry, where have you been all my life? More

He asked if I had any questions about the car,and I told him the other salesman from the other dealership just rushed thru the delivery. He said let's go ,we went out side and he educated me on car functions.He could of just blown me off ,but he did not. That is the type of person I want to have working for me. As a follow up to a review from August 1 of this year, I did get a phone call from the sales manager Phil Hart. Despite the fact that this dealership completely treated me badly, out of courtesy and respe did get a phone call from the sales manager Phil Hart. Despite the fact that this dealership completely treated me badly, out of courtesy and respect, I called Mr. Hart back. Although he was sympathetic, and admitted that his sales team did a bad job,he took no action. He told me he personally would look for a car for me, come to my office and have my trade in evaluated,and call me the moment he found a car. Now two months later Mr. Hart has done none of the three things he said. This dealership is bad, the sales team is bad and the management is bad. Perhaps the owners should evaluate their investment in this management team. More
