I always dread buying a new car. Always getting harassed, feel like the sales people don't really listen to your needs and are just trying to sale you anything. The day we came Mitch was actually off, but he came in anyway to help us. From the very begining he listened to our wants and needs and only showed us cars that met our criteria. He was never pushy and we never got the feeling he was just trying to sell us anything! While doing the paperwork we got to meet most of the other people that work there and they all were so nice and friendly. The prices at Tom Masano are amazing! So amazing we drove 2 hrs twice just to do business with them. I would recommend this dealer and Mitch as the salesman to everyone!!!!!! More
I am from baltimore and i traveled 2 hours just to go to this dealership because they had so many cars i was interested in. Mitch was my salesman and he was amazing. He started off by calling me and finding the right dealership for me. Coming into work on his day off so he could help me because in his words "its the nature of the job". He was patient, not pushy, knowledgeable, and easy to relate to and feel comfortable with, which when you are buying a car, it is nice to have someone like this. Rob, his manager helped me out too on the finance part of it and was great too, helping me find a great rate. i had to drive back to pa again, i walked a way with a red mercedes, versus a white one that i initially wanted in the first place. Thank you guys if you read this. I love my car and i will definitely recommend your dealer to everyone :) More
I've been looking at the GLK 350 for over 6 months surfing the internet for the best deal. My 10 year old son came along to experience the ins and outs of car buying. We were then approached by an sales associate by the name of Louis. Besides the great photos and online competitive price we probably would have continued on our way. But, Louis made us feel at ease and low pressure sales is what i was looking for. From the beginning to the end Louis was there for me. The guy knows Mercedes and the GLK like the back of his hand. Very polished and friendly. He spent an additional 1.5 hours after the sales completion inside the the GLK showing me all the functions and answering my questions. I highly recommend asking for Louis if your shopping for a MB. PS It's only been a few days in the GLK but so far I love it. More
when i contacted the dealership about a certain car they had i was put in contact with Kerry Stone. from the beginning it was a very good relationship between the buyer(myself) and Kerry (seller). i had log had i was put in contact with Kerry Stone. from the beginning it was a very good relationship between the buyer(myself) and Kerry (seller). i had logistic problems where i had to come from NC to get the car. i finally had to choose a day when he wasn't there. so i was helped by Phil Hart and Neal Fleishood on getting all the things i needed to do, financial, going over the car, coffee, making my fiance feel comfortable, anything! these guys are the "A" Team in car sales. this is my first Mercedes but not my last hopefully and i will make the trip to Tom Masano to purchase another one. As long as these guys are the ones i deal with. So, Phil, Neal, and especially Kerry i really appreciate the help working with me. it was well worth the trip there not only for the car but to work with you guys and making my buying experience a very welcome one. thanks again! Took a worthwhile drive to Tom Masano from Deptford, NJ. I have visited and have done business in many MB dealers. I find them to all be about the same as far as the atmosphere. You always know where you are and have the "here we go" attitude. I was astounded yesterday when I entered the door at Masano. I was greeted by Kerry Stone. He was so genuine and kind. Being in a sales field myself it's hard for me to find this. Having an extreme passion for Mercedes Benz products..We started off with a long chat. Kerry has product knowledge that is higher than 99% of my past experiences. At this point Kerry offers for me to drive a 2012 model E Class Bluetec. It was the most informative drive I ever had. I always tend to know more about the car. He taught me a few I was not yet familiar with. The car was of course,flawless. I was never treated as well with the negotiation process either. It was very business like with 0 pressure. Tom Masano MB has a big heart. I can say they really love what they are doing and doing it right. Only an experience in South Dakota was comparable to this. That is a long way from Philadelphia. The other important fact is I did not see any sales staff "hiding" outside smoking. This is offensive to me. I always see this at another dealer I visit not that far from Masano. So I found a "Kind" dealer..Imagine that.... More
I have had a great experience at Tom Masano Mercedes Benz. Just started my seach for a newer model Mercedes and they had the selection I wanted. NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We bought a 2002 Audi that was in apparently good condition from Masano Mercedes for $12,000. This was our son's first car. The service manager assured us that i 2002 Audi that was in apparently good condition from Masano Mercedes for $12,000. This was our son's first car. The service manager assured us that if anything went wrong in the first 90 days he would take care of everything for us. 18 days after we bought the car it broke down and we really found out what kind of an organization Masano's really is. They said bring it in, they looked at the car and told us what the problem was and we should take it to an Audi dealer and have the dealer bill Masano's. Well when we got it to the Audi Dealer they determined it wasn't what Masano's thought and the fun began. Masano's said they wouldn't pay anything because we didn't buy their additional insurance. We complained saying there must be some expectation that when you pay $12,000 the car will work for more than 18 days! Masano disagrees! We have been fighting back and forth for 4 months now. They agreed to pay a portion of our bill but have been rude every step of the way. We now have our lawyer involved and am not sure what will happen next. The saga continues . . . NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
