I recently purchased a brand new 2024 GLS 580 with an MSRP of 125K from Tom Masano, shockingly just a day after taking delivery i began to experience significant issues with the car. Firstly, there was a loud squeaky noise coming out of the drivers seat when the cooling seat was turned on, additionally, there is a rattling noise noticeable when driving mostly slowly over bumps. another major issue was whenever i filled up the gas tank completely for the first 30 40 miles there would be a weird rumbling noise from the back. I returned the vehicle for service anticipating a quick resolution given the brands reputation for excellence, however my car was kept for 2 weeks without clear communication for updates. when i finally got the car back none of the issues had been resolved leaving me deeply frustrated and disappointed, i actually called them back and they did not believe me only if my leasing guy would come down to me and tell them that this is true. its been now months and I'm waiting they should resolve this but nothing yet. for a dealership selling high end vehicles like this the service is unacceptable i felt neglected as though my concerns are not taken seriously. My experience was terrible and poor customer service. More

DO NOT BUY a car online from this dishonest dealership regardless of price. Don't let the Mercedes name fool you, they are opportunists. this dealership is Marvelous, bought multiple vehicles from this dealer and worked with Phil H ( Sales Manager) throughout the purchase. he is exceptionally friendly, customer caring and value time. worke from this dealer and worked with Phil H ( Sales Manager) throughout the purchase. he is exceptionally friendly, customer caring and value time. worked with him for GLE-350 and GLE-450 and made the purchase easy and respectful. the reason to head to this dealer is becos of one of the Service Advisor " Chris M" he has been excellent and takes good care of the vehicle, and the customer , very friendly, very informative and provides service updates as the vehicle is being serviced. even Emily has been very helpful offering a good support structure for Chris M when is not available. this dealership takes good care of the customer and i shall be buying vehicles from this dealership going forward as always did. very rare do you find , all-in-one, sales plus service being so excellent. I strongly Suggest and refer this dealership, for vehicle purchases / Services . A valued and Respected Dealership. Just purchased a 2021 Mercedes GLA 45. I wanted the car gave deposit and wired money the next day. Nates communication was good during the buying portion. Car shows up a few days later as we are out of state in Montana. They need to use docusign for out of state purchases. Everything had to be done through fed ex. car showed up with two defective windows stains inside the glass. Car broke down with 200 miles on it had to have it towed to Billings 3 hours away. Billing Mercedes and Mercedes themselves have been amazing..Had some issues with communication while trying to get the title paperwork. Couldn't get a straight answer where it was. Over all it was an average experience we love the car minus the issues in the beginning. Comm with Nate was great at first kinda fell off at the end. I believe in honest feedback so just giving my experience here the good and bad. Glass issue should have been identified before delivery. Im kinda torn as if I would recommend these guys or not. Read the feedback and you decide. More

Best car buying experience of our lives! My wife and I drove 3 1/2 hours from CT to pick up our new E450 Cab from Evan. What made the difference? Evan made the difference. While 30 other dealers tried to play catch up, Evan gave us his best price up front and didn’t hound us for the week we spent shopping around. None of the other dealers could touch his price. Add to that, it was such a pleasure dealing with a down to earth, friendly and professional dealership. Coming from the tri-state region, where dealers tend to have a “we have the rare goods” attitude, it was a refreshing and pleasurable experience dealing with Tom Masano Mercedes. This will be our 1st stop for any future Mercedes we may purchase. Thank you Evan! More
