Great experience. My mother was looking for a new fully loaded MKX. The dealers in Ohio where she lives only offered $1.5K off the MSRP so I had a look in Maryland whe My mother was looking for a new fully loaded MKX. The dealers in Ohio where she lives only offered $1.5K off the MSRP so I had a look in Maryland where I live and the dealers here were only offering $1K. off MSRP. I did a lot of checks on the internet. Most internet prices are a lie as the dealer includes all possible rebates, even if they are mutually exclusive rebates, making it impossible to qualify for all of them. Almost all dealerships also exclude the destination charge, which is on the MSRP, from the internet price. So they immediate add that on top of the internet price. This dealership didn't play the destination charge game to claim a lower internet price. They do include rebates in the price, but not mutually exclusives ones. Tom's site listed the rebates that were included in the price so you could see if you qualified. I qualified for two of the three rebates listed. I couldn't qualify for the third rebate as it wasn't possible if I got the two I got. With the two rebates I got the internet price. The third rebate was figured into the internet price. My mother Tom's price to the dealership in Ohio and they reduced their price some to try and match tome, but could not match the price I got from Tom's dealership. Tom's price beat the Ohio price by $1800. I expect it beat any deal in Maryland by over $3K. They were very honest. I communicated with them a couple times via email to verify the price. I had a couple of short phone conversations. No BULL. They verified I qualified for the rebates and then gave me the internet price. Only additions were documentation fee, tax and tags. They didn't actually add the tax as my mom will have to pay Ohio taxes. This is the third new car I've bought in under 2 years and this was by far the easiest least stressful exchange I've had with any of the 12 plus dealerships I've talked with over the last two years. I worked with Dottie Mattioni. I highly recommend you have a look at their site and if you see a price you like give Dottie a call. If you live in Maryland I'm sure you'll find a better deal in PA. I bought a Fusion Hybrid in Maryland 16 months ago. I found one dealership in the Baltimore Washington area at that point that was close to hones. Had I found Tom back then I'm sure I would have make the two hour drive back then to get the fusion. Dottie I'm counting on you to keep up the good work. More

Exceeded Expectations I just moved here from NH, Red Carpet leased over 20 FORDS in the last 18 years in NH. Needed to get into another Ford Lease, as 24 months had elapsed. Very good inventory at Tom Masano. Red Carpet lease incentives or rebates were not available at that time, but Chris Karr stuck with us, showing vehicles, what he had, what he could get and asking if any interested us. They had a few, but we were waiting for the 'deal'. 8 days later, Black Friday deals kicked in and nailed the deal. Salesman's knowledge of vehicle was exceptional and unexpected. I was treated like a person, not a number or someone who walked in through the door. Trust and respect was immediately gained and I thought, 'This is someone I want to do business with'. We worked the numbers and closed the deal on December 1, 2014 with a 'flawless' delivery. Couldn't be happier with the car, salesman (Chris Karr), and the dealership, Chris did an outstanding delivery and I will see him in May 2015 for the other lapsing lease. (F-150?) More

However, Jim as very informative and helped me get a car within my price range. We had to both negotiate a little, but I am so glad that he worked with me. I was pleased with the whole experience and I would definitely go back and buy another car from him. My parents, brother, and sister all brought a car from him and were all pleased. He made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. I am glad we were able to work things out together and he definitely was not pushing anything on me at all. He gave the appropriate feedback and was very straight-forward and down to earth. He didn't give the run around or try to make me buy the car. Our 2011 Lincoln Navigator L Purchase from Tom Masano We live in Lynchburg, Virginia and were looking to replace our 2002 Cadillac Escalade which had been rear ended and subsequently declared a total loss We live in Lynchburg, Virginia and were looking to replace our 2002 Cadillac Escalade which had been rear ended and subsequently declared a total loss. We have three grandchildren and wanted a large SUV. One gripe we had with the Escalade was the fact that the rear seats do not fold down flush. Both of us love the Lincoln Navigator and decided we wanted an L model. After spending over 50 hours on the internet with autotrader.com and cars.com, we discovered that Tom Masano had the largest and best selection of used Navigtor L's on the east coast. After emailing the dealership, we were first put in touch with Sandy Madera, the Internet Customer Care Representative. She in turn assigned Jim Quaglia to work with us. We left early Saturday morning and drove nearly 4 1/2 hours where Jim was waiting for us with the 2011 Navigator L that we had picked out over the internet. After the test drive, we purchased it and drove back to Virginia that evening. Mind you, we did not arrive at the dealership until 2 in the afternoon and they close at 5. We did not leave until about 6:20. Jim was just wonderful!! Extremely polite, professional, not pushy at all!! He really took great care of us and made sure everything was to our liking and satisfaction. He even filled it up for us before we left!! Because the Navigator was a certified model, we got a great loan through Lincoln and a fantastic 6 year, 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Shawn took care of all the paperwork and did a great job explaining everything. He was there until until about 6 as well. Three weeks later, we are just thrilled with our beautiful Navigator L! I told Sandy that down the road, we are looking to buy a convertible for weekend trips and when we do, we will definitely go back to PA to see Jim Quaglia at Tom Masano!! This was one of, if not the best dealerships I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend them!! More
