Unlike any other Car Dealer experience I've ever had! We recently purchased a low price, used Ford Taurus. Randy Kerschner was our sales representative. I'm still shocked at how well we were treated. We were looking for a very low priced commuter vehicle and Randy was great. He was very upfront both about how great a value this car was, but also about the limitations of an older vehicle. There was one known issue with the car and he made sure we did not drive an hour to see it until he knew it was fixed and well tested. Randy even gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant when we were leaving. We've bought many cars - new and used - and this was a completely unique and GREAT experience. I won't be buying a car anywhere other than a Tom Masano dealership again. More
