I asked a million questions about different cars and he listened to what I wanted for my personal needs in a car. Low and behold, after a few days later and deciding to go back and get the car I wanted. He searched the Internet and found exactly what I wanted and in a day. I purchased it and could not be more pleased. Wow! I love my new car, it has exactly what I asked for plus extras that give it that final touch! Before you go anywhere to look, make sure your first stop is this place. You won't be disappointed ! More

My Service Experience I brought my car into Masano Form for its 120,000 mile service. I had purchased the extended warranty package when i purchase the car but never used I brought my car into Masano Form for its 120,000 mile service. I had purchased the extended warranty package when i purchase the car but never used it - great car! However, a few weeks ago when I was getting an oil change the mechanic pointed out a few items that I should have fixed. Well, Masano, noted items that my car needed and none of them were covered under the warranty. The items that the mechanic pointed out a few weeks ago (all covered under the warranty) were not mentioned. Masano came up with items, though, that they stated I needed to the tune of $700! Items were air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs, and two brake pads in the front. $700???? will not go there again, ever. Incidently, we purchased two cards from Masano and that'll be it. More

15 years and we keep coming back for more Disclaimer: I don't work for Masano. as a loyal customer, they work for me. :) Here's why: 15 years and 6 vehicles later I continue to receive Disclaimer: I don't work for Masano. as a loyal customer, they work for me. :) Here's why: 15 years and 6 vehicles later I continue to receive open, honest and hassle free service no matter who I encounter there. I always purchase post lease, from a 98' Grand Cherokee in 2000, a town and country in 2005, and an '05 Grand Cherokee in 2007, and finally, a 2012 Grand Cherokee six-weeks ago. Every encounter was a pleasant experience. While we visited many other dealers to see who can offer the best value, we always wind up back with Masano. It's not the same with other the dealerships. From a general lack of professionalism to out-right lying about a vehicle, (it's a shame). However, with Masano, if a vehicle had rust or problems, I was informed up front. "Hey, the truck has rust on it, do you still want to come in and see it?" I've yet to encounter another dealer with that kind of honesty. Yesterday, I just picked up my fifth vehicle from them, a pristine 2013 F150. Again I was well informed on what could and could not be done. There were no false promises. Everything was up front: trade-in, value, warranty, issues, etc. When I asked a difficult question, I got a straight answer. Many thanks to Mike Sites and Steve Wenzel, on their attentive handling of this purchase and willingness to stay an hour past closing to accommodate me and my family. So that's why I'm bragging about them. I realize not everyone is perfect. However, these guys go out of their way to ensure that the experience is. More

I came all the way from New York to Pennsylvania to buy a car because a cousin of mine recommended him, i said hey why not give it a shot. Pete was incredible, he was honest and straightforward and explained everything to me in detail and in a way i could understand. Even though surprises kept popping up along the way, he never gave up and kept trying and that is true dedication!
