I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I am a college student who needed a reliable car for student teaching on a college budget. I felt like part of her family from the moment I stepped into the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and everyone on the team spent many hours finding a plan that I could afford. I bought a used 2003 Hyundai Elantra, but it drives as if it came straight out of the factory (new tires, new clutch, new brakes, new belts and fluids, great transmission and very quiet engine!). I asked if I could take it to a mechanic to give it a thorough check before I bought it, and not only did they say "yes", but Andrea took the time to make and appointment for me at Aamco for a free mechanical inspection of the car! I have already recommended Tom Masano to my friends and family, including my Dad, because of the fabulous experience I've had with Andrea and the team. Tom Masano should be your first choice of car dealerships because it will also be your last. Ask for Andrea! More

Jim was top-notch from the get-go. My wife is intimidated by most car salesmen, but Jim was very easy to communicate with and addressed all of our concerns. He gave us the "space" we needed to make a decisio by most car salesmen, but Jim was very easy to communicate with and addressed all of our concerns. Then we worked with Shaun to get the financing right. Shaun got us a great rate and structured the loan exactly to our needs. We were able to do the deal in a Saturday visit along with a Monday AM sign-off. Everything was done methodically and orderly and we felt very much in control of the process. We purchased a Jeep Commander, which we absolutely love. The price was right, however the rest of our service was a joke. The car was not detailed, and when we drove off the lot the gas light was on. Then we were promised our check to pay off the trade-in within 4 days, and it's been a month. So now we are paying two car loans. Mike Ludwig was very professional and not the typical car salesman. He was not pushy nor attempted to sell us something we did not want. We had a car, monthly payment, and trade in value for our old car in m salesman. He was not pushy nor attempted to sell us something we did not want. By contrast, we went to another Ford dealer that offered us $2,000 less for our trade in and put a poorer deal together. The model we bought was priced very favorably at Tom Masano compared to other dealers in our area. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. More

I went in expecting to look at used cars. I came out of there with a 2010 Focus because they were so helpful and helped me get a rate I could afford.
