I've bought quite a few cars/trucks in the past but dealing with this dealership has been my best experience yet. They were friendly, and it came across as being genuine, which I'm sure it was. They gave me a far better deal, both on my trade-in and they're selling price, than any other dealer that I have been shopping at. I drove 3.5 hours to this dealership and it was well worth it. I had been shopping for a Mustang GT for quite a while (needed the perfect one). I saw that the Tom Masano had a few so I made few calls, drove down on a Saturday, then drove home with my new Mustang. My first dealings were with Mike Ludwig over the phone but he was unable to be there on the Saturday that I was going to visit. He made sure that I was taken care of though. I ended up dealing with Pete Griffin, he was great to deal with also. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Mustang, Ford and the Dealership. Both my wife and I were very impressed with him. He was also very "in-the-know" about electric cigarettes, but that's another story :). In general, the entire team made the shopping and buying experience a FUN experience which is what it should be when you're 47 years old and shopping for your first Mustang GT that you've wanted since you were a kid. My experience at Tom Masano Ford Lincoln Mercury was more than outstanding. I was looking for a used pick up truck for my business. I had two vehicles to trade and wasn't sure what to expect. Darren Brown, salesman from Tom Masano offered me a more than fair trade amount and when he told me the price on the Nissan King Cab Frontier I thought I needed to make that truck mine. The next day I was late in getting there, Darren Brown already had the truck down out of the lot for me to check it out. It was well after closing and Darren Brown was still very patient while I brought my trades in, we got all the paperwork together, finished and finalized it on Monday per my request.
