Mike was very courteous during a two week process of me buying a used car. It was a long distance negotiation with Mike actually giving me close up details about the car over the phone. I just bought a used 2007 Mini Cooper from Masano Ford. Because I live about 80 miles from the dealership, I did most of my consultation via email and phone correspondence with Mike Ludwig. Mike took a good amount of time working with me over the internet ahead of the sale, giving me a ballpark value for my trade in and making some concessions on the price of the vehicle they were offering. When I went to test drive the Mini, I found Mike to also be very easy to deal with and a salesman who really goes to bat for the customer when it comes to price negotiations. Thanks to Mike and Sean's hard work after regular business hours on a Saturday, I was able to drive off the lot in my new Cooper within about 3 hours of when I arrived at the dealership for the test drive. I haven't bought that many cars in my life, but if I ever need another one I'll be sure to check out what Masano can offer when I begin my search. More
