Came took at a Jeep ended up buying it. She said she had wanted a Jeep. I went looking on line for a good used Jeep with low mileage and found on at Tom Kelly. I made the drive from Findlay, Ohio to see the vehicle and it was very nice as advertised. I made the Test drive with the Salesman Matt McGill whom was very nice. The dealership was very nice. I ended up making what I would call a good deal and purchased the vehicle. They got everything around and set me up with the F & I Manager Stephanie Hartman who was very nice also. The treatment I received was excellent as were the little extras they include free car washes and coupons for discounts on service. I would recommend them to anyone. Worst experiance with any car service center ever. Service people I dealt with where rude. Said I need a module for my computer. After spending over a $1,000.00 for the module a 32 point oil change. They did not check my tires or top off fluids, took everything out of my trunk and just rolled up in a ball and threw in the trunk. While they had it they shorted out my rear door look relay switch. Of course they did not agree with me on that and told me to have a nice day. Which meant they did not want to address this problem. Now I have the same problem with my car that had before I took it to Kelly's. Turns out is was the spark plugs that needed replaced and most likely not the module for the computer. They charge $25.00 to each bill for the cost of they're electricity- WHAT. No copy could be found for my towing bill so they sent me all over the place, even to the body shop and no one could find. There was grease and smudges all over my leather on the back seat and hand marks on the back of my bucket seats also. Stay away from the service center they are running a racket on diagnosing cars. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau about the poor service I received and the miss diagnosis on my car. More

James was great to work with. He was persistant on giving me a great deal. The dealership seems to be friendly. I am not sure about the quality of the undercoating that was added during the sale. I am a 50yr old grandmother and I have never been so insulted in my life while conducting a business transaction. I am giving serious consideration to contacting the better business bureau. If you are a female do not frequent this dealership, Mr. Kelley did tell me that once I have the car painted I should be much happier with it, and they threw in car washes for life.
