Great Experience While shopping for my second car, I decided to visit Kelley Buick GMC. I knew that I wanted to purchase from Kelley, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to While shopping for my second car, I decided to visit Kelley Buick GMC. I knew that I wanted to purchase from Kelley, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a new or certified pre-owned car. After I test drove a new car at Kelley Chevrolet Buick in Decatur, I felt extremely pressured by the sales woman and the sales manager to lease a new car (even after I expressed that leasing was not for me because I commute around fifty miles daily). From there, I decided to go look at some Certified Pre-Owned models at Tom Kelley Buick GMC. I went in wanting to look at three specific models. When I arrived, I worked with Bill Uptgraft. After looking at and test driving my new-to-me car, I was sold. We finished the process up on Thursday and I picked up the car Friday afternoon. What I liked about working with Bill was that he listened to my needs as a customer. Instead of trying to convince me to lease a brand new car or buy a more expensive car, he sold me the car I walked in to look at. This was a huge difference compared to my experience at Kelley Chevrolet Buick in Decatur, Once the paperwork was ready, the process with Bruce Paterson was also quick and easy. I test drove my car Tuesday afternoon, signed papers Thursday morning, and picked up on Friday. I will most definitely be buying cars from Kelley in the future, and I will likely return to Buick GMC before I return to Chevrolet Buick. More
