James actually turned my thoughts about Kelley Automotive completely around. I had had a terrible experience about 5 years ago while looking for a vehicle where an employee treated me very rudely, and I swor completely around. I previously owned a Buick and my husband found the one we ended up purchasing on the Kelley site, so I very reluctantly went to look at it. James was the first person we met and he was a true gentleman, very knowledgeable and most importantly treated me with the respect everyone deserves. I appreciated his patience and kindness as we traveled the negotiation process. He was honest and very polite as he communicated with us. I highly recommend James and will be sure to tell others about my experience with him. I hope he is still working with Kelley when I need my next vehicle. I will return and ask for him. More
