Dennis Thompson has been the man that's taken care of us for quite some time. He is always very friendly, explains what needs done, tells me what they did and his estimate was always right on the money. He goes the extra mile and always takes a few minutes to just talk beyond the van stuff. Whether we have a problem or if it's just normal service appointments he makes it much more pleasant.
