Taking my business elsewhere responded

It's implausible to believe that you’ve tried reaching out to contact me multiple times. I’ve received previous email inquiries directly from your service manager Brad Anderson and customer care coordinator Connie G. Brandt (and receive your monthly service special emails). I responded directly to Brad and Connie’s emails, however, received no reply. I had multiple phone conversations and exchanged emails with Russ Dahlke during the vehicle purchase process. You have my contact info via phone/text, email, and address (customer # 102476) — to assert that you’ve tried to reach out to me strains credulity. It’s apparent you don’t value my opinion nor want to discuss my experience at your dealership. Tom Kadlec prides itself on great customer service, but dodged that responsibility with me. Such a quantum disconnect between my sales and service experience. How humorous that all the negative reviews garner the same limp dealer response with no apology or accountability. Thanks for letting me be a part of the Honda family, if ever so briefly ... caveat emptor!
