Bought a 2020 Acura MDX and had a great time, Laura was my sales person and she covered everything about this SUV and that was alot. It took awhile but she made sure I understood everything. I have leased a 2020 honda cr-v from Tom kadlec honda almost month ago! Their "good costumer service" is good until they sell the car! After the car sold, they are done with you! They don't respond your almost month ago! Their "good costumer service" is good until they sell the car! After the car sold, they are done with you! They don't respond your calls and texts anymore. Whatever you imagine after car sold as paperwork is delayed or didn't done properly! What a nasty business! Very disappointed! More

I have worked with Neal through multiple car deals and with each one he makes amazing and always making sure the customer is the number one priority. I have worked with Neal through multiple car deals and with each one he makes sure the customer is satisfied and happy. Neal went through everything I needed to know so I felt 100% comfortable driving off the lot in a little bit bigger, but safer, vehicle than I had in the past. He answered any and all questions I had and I know if something were to come up, I could reach out to him at any time. Neal is honest, straightforward, and caring when dealing with his customers. This dealership has no integrity. Had an appointment up for yesterday to test drive a car, and after driving part way there I received a text that they sold the car. Have a strong feeling they used me not for yesterday to test drive a car, and after driving part way there I received a text that they sold the car. Have a strong feeling they used me not only to sell the car but also to get more money out of it. Very poor customer service, and would recommend anyone to go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. Would have rated them a zero but couldn't. More
