Enjoying the car, drives and handles really great. My one complaint or concern would be that when it rains or I wash the car all of the door frames get really wet inside. I actually have to wipe them down. I worry that this winter I will have fraozen doors because of the moisture that gets in. I don't know if this is something that can be adjusted or what. Since then, we have been contacted by Tyler Kadlec on several occasions and he has been very helpful in providing us with answers and several options for resolution of the issues we had raised. We believe he listened to our complaints and after investigating them with the parties involved, took the necessary actions to correct the areas which failed to meet both their internal expectations as well as those of their customers, including us. He was genuinely committed to ensuring we were satisfied and happy with our vehicle. Based on his conscientious and caring approach to our concerns, we felt it was only right to let visitors to this site know that we would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We had a situation in which we HAD to have a car as ours was totaled due to a flooding. We called Andy while on vacation and he was very responsive and helpful as always.
