When it came time to close the deal, I felt I was treated fairly without any high pressure tactics. Neal has a slogan "Neals got the Deals" which I thought was pretty catchy. He is a very upbeat person and fun to work with. The whole experience was positive from being welcomed to Tom Kadlec to being in a very clean friendly environment. I met the GM and she was very friendly and I felt she cared that I was happy with my purchase. Overall a very positive experience which I have already told my friends about. More

Three and a half years ago, we were a Ford family. Since that time, we no longer drive Fords as we have purchased four new Hondas from Neal at Tom Kadlec. Neal really gets to know his customers and what they want and need. Neal is proactive with our needs and always has relevant facts about our current vehicles and new options when he calls. I am so happy with my choice of going with Tom Kadlec and Keifer Bartel. I researched my CRV online and built the car that I wanted. I asked for three quotes from three different dealerships. Keifer was the Keifer Bartel. I researched my CRV online and built the car that I wanted. I asked for three quotes from three different dealerships. Keifer was the most helpful with a return call and quote. One dealership that called back did not like the option that I wanted to do as a cash purchase. He was not very friendly. Keifer on the other hand was amazing. Very polite. Seeing exactly what I wanted and went to work to find. My first choice in color was harder to find but when I went to the dealership Keifer showed me a different color and it was exactly what I wanted and the color was even better. He was always polite and very professional and treated me with respect. I was a little nervous about being a female and buying a new car. I would recommend Tom Kadlec and their employess. It was a good experience for me and it helped to know what I wanted going in. I would most certainly go back to them for another vehicle. Every one of them proved my thoughts, that they were Stealerships. Upon this if you dealt with them after reading Edmunds.com, etc, they would brush you away with their sarcasm. I had contacted Andy ealier for a used car that I had found on a car search website, but ended up deciding not to buy it. At that time I had told him about my thoughts on getting a newcar. He touched base with me andenquired how I was doing in my search. I remembered the friendly experience and asked him to findme a newcar. Next day he gave me a deal on 2011 Accord i could not refuse. Due to my travel I could not lock this offer. Later he checked back with me on the 2012 and we settled on deal in 5 minutes. I was 85 milesway from his dealership. It did not make any difference to me driving down there again. He got all my details over phone and I spent only 30mins at the dealer. I got the best deal on my Accord. I have done enough researchso trust me when I say this. If you are in minneapolis give this guy a try and you would not be dissapointed.
