I have purchased 1 Honda from Tom Kadlec and I'm glad I walked away just before I purchased another one. I was dealing on a new car with Neal and he was very pushy and told me everything between the finac walked away just before I purchased another one. I was dealing on a new car with Neal and he was very pushy and told me everything between the finacing would not be available tomorrow, the price may go up after the month is over, and another customer is interested in buying the car. I walked away and found the same car, miles and equipment 80 miles away for $2,300 less. I also had called the service department and needed warranty work done. Jason was my service advisor who told me the part would not likley be covered by honda. Jason explained because the plastic handle broke and did not fail Honda may not cover it. Jason told me he would be willing to take photos of the part and he would send it into Honda and see if it would be covered. Jason sounded like I was going to be a waist of time and a hassle. I went to another Honda dealership and they looked at the part and said it would be covered and would have the part the next day. I was out of town and did not want to drive back to have the part installed so I went back to Kadlec and delt with another service advisor Steve. Steve helped me and ordered the part without making me feel it would be a hassle. They ordered the wrong part and I needed to return to get it fixed again but i guess that happens. I also noticed when my vehcle was in for service a cargo/storage compartment door had been opened. This is the small storage compartment below the DVD player under the radio. The door was broken prior to being dropped off and is difficult to reinstall. The service I had done would not require anyone to open this door which makes me wonder why someone in the service departmnet would be snooping in the storage compartment? More

Abby was very friendly, and helped me find the car I was looking for without pressuring me or trying to sell me things I didn't need. While we live closer to some Minneapolis/St. Paul Honda dealerships, we found driving a few extra miles to Rochester to be well worth the trip. More

An absolutely wonderful experience - we were treated with respect, informed of all of the options available to us all provided with a dose of good humor. Zheila, our former salesperson, prior to her promotio respect, informed of all of the options available to us all provided with a dose of good humor. Zheila, our former salesperson, prior to her promotion to sales manager, has kept in touch over the years with cards and notifications so the decision to look at another vehicle led us directly back to Tom's. My wife and I were introduced to Scott, who showed us a number of choices that fit our requirements with no "pushy-ness" so often associated with the used car buying experience. He explained the benefits and features of the vehicles presented to us without forcing a decision on our part and let us "buy" a vehicle rather than being "sold" a vehicle. Darin explained all of the financing options available to us and let us find the plan that fit our needs and budget - again with no "pushy-ness". Missy finalized the entire process with all of the forms that needed to be done and explained what we were signing rather than just pointing at a line and saying "sign here". All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one that we will share with others when they are looking for both a reliable vehicle and a place to go when you want to deal with caring professionals. We have had 2 great experiences at Tom Kadlec Honda. In 2005 we purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Andy at Tom Kadlec. We were very pleased with our experience and with the 7 years owning the Odyssey. In 2005 we purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Andy at Tom Kadlec. We were very pleased with our experience and with the 7 years owning the Odyssey. In fact we were so pleased with Honda, Andy, and Tom Kadlec Honda, that we returned and purchased a new 2012 Honda Pilot. Once again we were extremely satisfied with the service from both Andy and Tom Kadlec. With both purchases we put a significant amount of time and thought into our purchases and Andy was beyond patient. Will go back. More
