I had a great experience at Tom Kadlec with Mike. After discussing on the phone what type of vehicle I was looking for, Mike had gotten one ready and had it pulled out front when I arrived. I test drove a few and he was able to answer all of my questions. He even made himself available when I visited another dealer to compare, and answered my questions honestly, which made it an easy choice to return and purchase from him (the first car I drove, which he had picked out for me!). He was not the least bit pushy, and was very patient with me. The finance team was able to get my payments lower than I requested, and Mike waited patiently after hours until everything was complete. He made sure the vehicle was cleaned and full of gas before I drove it off the lot a very happy customer! More

We purchases new car. Al the communications were done over the phone. AJ was great, responsive and friendly. All the phone calls were returned on time. They had to locate the car in another state. The only issue I had is that I requested that car would not have any miles and thus was waiting for the car to arrive to the dealership for 1.5 month. But then they called me and told me that they are going to drive the car for 400 miles from other dealership. They did the same for my previous CRV in 2004. But this time I was proactive and reminded them that I was waiting for no miles car. They made it right and towed the car from other dealer. Thank you! More

I purchased a 1929 Mercedies kit car from Kiefer. Aside from pictures on the Internet I was not able to "touch" the car or "kick the tiers" Keifer was great in providing very detailed pictures and descrip from pictures on the Internet I was not able to "touch" the car or "kick the tiers" Keifer was great in providing very detailed pictures and descriptions of the car. Having never made a deal like this via the Internet you can imagine I was a little apprehensive about wiring a large amount of money to someone I have never met. Kiefer understood and was very patiant with me and made me feel comfortable. He arranged shipment to my driveway and made sure the car was transported with a reliable transport company. I would not hesitate to do business with Keifer again!! I am so pleased that I plan to stop in when my business travels take me anywhere near this dealership just so I can thank him in person !!! More
