Brand new tire issue, key fob remote starter and headlights I leased a brand new 2016 Honda Accord Touring from this dealer on 2/04/16. I had a tire issue and had to replace it immediately. This happened in jus I leased a brand new 2016 Honda Accord Touring from this dealer on 2/04/16. I had a tire issue and had to replace it immediately. This happened in just 7 days. Not happy at all but service center promised they will contact Continental tire to get it resolved. My key fob was having issues remote start the car but service center fixed the issue. Honda has to improve on its range in future upgrades! Finally, I just noticed water stain inside the led headlights and do believe its a problem for the headlights life. Notified the sales consultant and hoping to get an answer. I was wondering if this is covered under warranty if anything happens. Overall good experience with the dealership. Hopefully Honda will take care of all the remaining issues. More

Thoughtful and professional service I purchased my car at this dealership, and so enjoy every minute I drive my 2010 Accord. Have had great service every time I take my car in for maintenance, for the service people are so helpful and friendly. Steven Peters was the service person, and he even took time to get my key to unlock the car working. It was not the battery either. Always very thorough and informative about what repairs are needed and completed. I know I would not get this kind of service anywhere else, and love their new facility while I wait for the maintenance to be completed.
