I've had multiple cars worked on at the service center and found them to be helpful and at times they've gone out of their way to help me and my families when unexpected car trouble arose.(note: not a Honda vehicles in need of immediate service). I will say that I never enjoy a visit with the finance guy. I found the experience less than pleasing as usual. The original offer I was quoted for my new 2016 Honda accord EX-L was barely competitive, however they did work at making the sale happen. More

Quick and Painless! I dropped in to check out the new Honda Pilot. Ryan Dowd helped show me exactly what I was looking for in the model I wanted, but took the time to sh I dropped in to check out the new Honda Pilot. Ryan Dowd helped show me exactly what I was looking for in the model I wanted, but took the time to show me the options in the next model as well to be sure I knew my options. He was respectful and efficient and it was a very quick and painless process, unlike many times at a car dealership. When we came to pick up the car, everything was ready for us and we were in and out quickly. Ryan showed us how to use all the new options and helped set up my phone to the bluetooth and show me how to program items in. The finance person, Jason Sands, also was fun and that process was fast as well. I would recommend this dealership and will be back despite the hour drive! Thank you! More

We were not in a hurry nor needed to buy a new car, Bob kept in touch every few months but need pushed us and that is why we returned to him when we were finally ready to buy. He made it a great experience and we would defiantly recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a car. We have never had nor purchased a new car in the past and Bob made it easy and fun.
