We knew that when the time came we would be going to Tom Kadlec Honda for it. When ever we would come in for service Neal Moen would stop and visit with us and let us know that when we are ready for a new vehicle, he would be happy to help us out, never any pressure. Well, 10 years and 294,000 miles later we stopped in to see Neal about a new vehicle. We looked at the Odyessey and the Pilot and decided the Pilot was again the vehicle for us. When the vehicle came in, Neal spent plenty of time going over the operation of the vehicle and the gadgets they now have. We want to thank Neal Moen, the Service Department and Tom Kadlec for years of great service. More

We have been going to that dealer since before 04'. All experiences before that we felt we got good advice and service. This last time not so much, even to the point of feeling ripped off. No worries many other shops can handle our oil changes and PM's. Hope other's aren't getting the same bad deal as we did as it cost us a couple hundred extra dollars for no reason. More

During this process Andy Gostomczik emailed me and followed up with a phone call, how he and the dealership of Tom Kadlec in Rochester could be my solution and offered enough incentive for me to drive the extra miles to investigate. I liked what I saw and felt I got a good deal on a great car. Andy was always respectful to me, a woman shopping alone, and I never felt pushed to complete the deal. Damien Westcott continued the process by explaining finance and extended warrantee options. Everything was explained throughly and all my questions answered by both men. When I came back to pick up my new CRV, time was taken to explain the many new technologies. It was totally a positive experience from beginning to end that was worth me driving the extra miles. I loved the new facility and felt comfortable, respected and valued during the entire process. More
