We choose one, got a key, and was amazed at Max Weisheple's knowledge of the car's details and patience in answering ALL our questions. We ended up purchasing and towed it home back to MO. Max even called to check that we made it home safely. Wow! More

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! Bought our 2014 Dodge on June 26th. Took 2 WEEKS to pick it up! One problem after another. Lack of Communication from Sales Manager , Keifer about wha Bought our 2014 Dodge on June 26th. Took 2 WEEKS to pick it up! One problem after another. Lack of Communication from Sales Manager , Keifer about what was going on with repairs in our truck. The passenger door seal and trim was suppose to be replaced and gas emissions light was on and had to be repaired. They took it to Red Wing for repairs on the emission problem but when they returned it to Rochester the check engine light came on again! Lorenzo , our salesman had left town for a funeral and his brother took over. We drove to Rochester that Saturday to pick up our truck and when we got to Rochester the TRUCK WASN'T EVEN THERE, IT WAS BACK IN Red WING!!! NO CALL FROM KEIFER THAT DAY TO EVEN LET US KNOW IT WAS BACK IN RED WING! ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY! At this point in time we were getting REALLY, REALLY TICKED OFF. I GAVE Keifer my work cell phone number but he would call my house number and claims he was calling me but no messages! Roberto, Lorenzo's brother tried to help during Lorenzo's absence. But Keiser wasn't communicating very well with him either and letting him know right away about the status of the repairs! When we FINALLY were able to pick up our truck the door seal was still messed up! There was grease and smudges all over the running board, which my husband had a hard time cleaning off! The door seal had holes in it still and the cut out the bad parts. It looked horrible. The parts manager ordered new stuff but now I have spend MY TIME AND MONEY TO GET IT FIXED! KEIFER said he would reimburse us to get new stuff put on but now I have lost all faith and trust in him!!!!!!! He was not FRIENDLY OR EVEN SMILED WHILE WE WERE THERE, HE SEEMED DISGUSTED WITH US AND THE TRUCK DEAL! HE gave us a few gas cards to try to make us happy but that's NOT NEARLY ENOUGH AFTER EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED! THEN when we left the dealership the service 4 Wheel drive light came on. Now I have to spend my time to see if it's covered under my power train warranty! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOU! After all the time and MONEY I HAVE WASTED SORRY IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A VEHICLE!! NOW MY CHECK IS NOT HERE AFTER 14 DAYS FROM WHEN THEY CASHED MY $4,000. CHECK. LORENZO SAID HE WILL CALL ME TOMORROW TO LET ,EVERYONE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. THE TEMPORARY SHEET IN THE WINDOW EXPIRES THIS THURSDAY!!! I CAN'T DRIVE OUR TRUCK AFTER THURSDAY?!?!?! THIS IS TOTAL BULL! PUSHY SALESMEN Will never go here again. I had gone in a few days ago to test drive a car and went in again today to test drive to see if it was one I would take hom Will never go here again. I had gone in a few days ago to test drive a car and went in again today to test drive to see if it was one I would take home (keep in mind they have had this car for 3 months now). I really liked the car but did not like the horrible smokers smell on the inside or the fact it did not have a second key. So while on the test drive we asked how much it was, even though we already knew (17.5k) to see what he would say, and not being prepared at all he had to look it up and told us the number we knew, then when we got back we were looking it over making sure there were no other surprises. Thats when it started going downhill, he started getting pushy asking what it would take for me to take it and I said a lower price due to the issues I stated above. The salesmen said he would do at least 220 off of what they were asking for the key and we followed him to his desk to run number. Now it gets interesting, he said the price of the car was 17.9k forgetting that he just told us 17.5k because he was not prepared and argued with us until he looked it up.. AGAIN... and then on top of that when he ran the numbers the first time he did not add in the promised discount of 220. So he asked which one was best for me to sign and take it home and I told him none, to which he took his glasses off and rubbed his face and head making it uncomfortable to be there now and felt very pressured and slightly raised his voice asking what would work and I told him honestly that I would take it for 15k out the door due to the smokers smell that is hard to get out and only having one key (about $500 to get a second) he went to speak with his manger and came back saying "Well the trade in value is 16.5k so it was a pleasure doing business with you" and reached his hand out to say bye... to bad I could have maybe made that price work if he didn't send us away. Will never see me there again. This was for their 2011 535xi they have on the lot. More

I contacted them about a 2004 Dodge Dakota the day it was posted online. It did not have any pictures so I assumed it was a new arrival but I was very interested and wanted pictures as soon as possible. This theory was confirmed by Mr. Andy G. he did a good job responding right away via email. He said, "This truck just came in on trade and is still going through our standard inspection. As soon as it's finished with that, I can send you the pictures." So I responded thanks. The next day I see 4 exterior pictures posted online and things look promising but I still needed to see the interior, under the hood, and the bed of the truck. (I live about 400miles away so I cannot make a day trip just to look.) So I emailed Andy again asking for pictures and was given this response again "Hi Kyle, Thanks for your email. As soon as the Dakota goes through our standard inspection, I will get you the pictures.Thanks for your patience." So I think okay, I guess he can't get access to the vehicle yet for some reason. Then this morning I checked to see if there are more pictures and the truck is Gone! What the Heck... So after being involved with this truck before it even made it to inspection it gets sold out from under me. I emailed Andy this morning asking what was up? And why it was already sold without my knowledge. Surprisingly a usually very responsive man has not responded to my question all day. So if a manager at the dealership reads this I would appreciate a response and explanation, because I was involved before the inspection and was very interested. I would have appreciated priority. I will consider changing this review if I recieve a response with a justifiable reason for not giving me a shot at this vehicle as I was plannkng on making a trip this weekend to see it . Thanks.
