I recently had my 2016 Honda Accord in for maintenance. I recently had my 2016 Honda Accord in to the dealership for an oil change. My Service Advisor was Dennis Thompson. I had a great experience as I thought Dennis went above & beyond. I lease my car, so I told Dennis I was unclear as to my future maintenance requirements. Dennis to the extra time to write out the necessary future requirements including mileage & estimated cost. This will enable me to budget & plan for the future. Explained everything about the lease process very thoroughly, and he also explained and went over everything about my new car before I drove off in it. Also very appreciative that he was not a "pushy" person in the least. Also dealt with Greg in Finance and the Service Center to get my new car Enviraguarded, and they were all wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Tom Kadlec Honda and specifically Tom Betzen to anyone! More

3rd Time is A Charm!!! Having been in the customer service industry for many years, it seems that far too often it's only when something negative or when someone doesn't get Having been in the customer service industry for many years, it seems that far too often it's only when something negative or when someone doesn't get their way that a review is written. I knew when my daughter and I left the house that morning that I didn't want to come back home with the same car that we left in. But on that same token, I didn't want to come home with a different car feeling like I had only purchased it because I felt pressured and rushed into my decision. I had done some online shopping that morning and had found the car that seemed to be "Me." I knew the moment I walked into Tom Kadlec Honda that this was going to be the only stop I was going to have to make. My salesperson, Robert Coates, was friendly, polite and very professional. He basically turned the tables and let me lead. My first thought was that this had to be some new sales tactic to get me to eventually turn the table back around and start following him, however, that was not the case. I didn't end up purchasing the car I went there to buy or the 2nd car I test drove. The 3rd and final car, a 2014 Honda CR-V is the one that now sits in my garage. It has everything I wanted, including an incredible warranty and gap insurance (thank you Mike Dahl for explaining everything so clearly). We were there for quite some time and were always getting asked if there was anything we needed to drink, snack on or just someone to chat with us. Twice is the Charm I had a battery connector replaced as part of a recall on my 2013 Accord EX-L. Repair took about 1 hour including an oil/filter change. The next day- I had a battery connector replaced as part of a recall on my 2013 Accord EX-L. Repair took about 1 hour including an oil/filter change. The next day- wife became stranded in a shopping center with a dead battery (45 miles from the dealership) here in Red Wing. I had to go and jump start her car and return to the dealership for additional repairs. Brad got me right in that day and the shop re-repaired the battery connector. All is now well. It was a pain & inconvenience to make a 2nd trip down to Rochester but as we all know, repair work isn't always successful on the 1st try. Brad was very supportive in making my car repair right and I thank him for that. This is not my 1st car purchased here (3rd) and will not be my last. The new building is amazing, especially with snacks, drinks and computers to access the internet. Thanks to the staff at Kadlec. More
