Oil change Jolene Hanna met me in the service bay, answered my questions about a recall and told me she would check it out. Then she directed me to the waiting area which was clean and neat. When the oil change was done Jolyn came and got me, ushered me to the receptionist and told me they had ordered the part for my car that was the cause of the recall. She called a few days later ad set up an appointment to have the part installed. Altogether a pleasant experience. Oh, and my car was washed, clean and shiny! More
