I would not recommend this chevy dealership. I have two 2023 chevy silverado 3500 duramax diesel trucks for my business. Both have had problems. One is in need of a new transmission already. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased an 08 Enclave in September 29, 2021. It had 100,057 miles. The salesman told me it was inspected and defects had been repaired. The main thing i was concerned about was that the timing chain had been replaced. The salesman showed me papers that it had been done about 2 weeks before. I bought the car assuming the timing chain would last at least 100,000 miles. A week after buying it the check engine light came on. I had to replace throttle body, maf, and pcv valve and breather. The pcv valve is a common problem that caused the issue with the other parts. It should have been replaced before I bought it but I let it go. In April of 2022 I had to bring it to a shop for an oil leak. It was leaking oil from the pan seal because it was not sealed properly when the timing chain was done. When they removed the pan they found a piece of plastic that turned out to be part of a timing chain guide. They told us to call NB chev to confirm that the timing chain had been done. My wife called them and they told us it had been done and not to worry about it. That cost me $2,093.51. In November 2021 the car started running strangely and the check engine light came on. December 7th we brought it to NB chev. They found that it needed a full timing chain replacement. I had them do it. The price was $4675.40. When I went to pick it up I spoke with the used car department to see if they would be covering the price of it or at least some of it. They told me instead of doing the chain there before i bought it they had sent it out to someone else. (Which I think is ridiculous) If they had done it there it would still be under warranty but because they sent it out they were unwilling to do anything about it. Because of the poor job done by whoever they sent it to I've had to pay almost $7000 in just over a year and only 20,000 miles. The dealership refused to pay anything. I bought the car because I thought a reputable dealership would do their own work. Not this one. More
By and far the best service process I've ever experienced. Purchased my vehicle in September of 2019 and they included a lifetime service warranty. At the time I remember thinking, right... they' experienced. Purchased my vehicle in September of 2019 and they included a lifetime service warranty. At the time I remember thinking, right... they'll nickle and dime me on ancillaries... So not true. Check engine light came on last week and once I determined it was a deeper problem than I could remedy I set it up to be towed and looked at. They fixed it (14 hours of labor & Parts) and all at zero cost or stress to me. That's the way it should always be. I'll never buy anywhere else. More
I went in with my 2017 Cadillac ATS for a wheel wheel alignment 10/26/2021 When done I went out to the parking area to leave and noticed body damage on the fenders, both driver and passenger sides just alignment 10/26/2021 When done I went out to the parking area to leave and noticed body damage on the fenders, both driver and passenger sides just behind the front wheels. Passenger side a scratch about 1 foot long down to the primer. Driver side 2 dents about 8 inches long, both sides about the same height. There was water dripping off of the car on the pavement (I assume from a car wash). Now I cannot prove it was North Branch Chevrolet, but I washed the car in my yard the day before and the damage was not there. I did have the service manager come out and look at the damage, of course he denied any liability. I did call back the next day and asked the service dept. if there were any problems with there car wash machine and of course there were no issues with the car wash machine. So my $139 Wheel alignment turned into that plus an insurance claim and ($ 500 deductible) and the car at the body shop for a week. By the way the body shop told me they get a a lot of business from car wash machines causing damage! More
While on vacation from Pennsylvania, I had a flat tire indication on my 2017 Corvette. It turned out to be a cracked rim, upon further inspection I found I also had a bent rim on another wheel. I would like to thank Dee Schroetter for his prompt scheduling. Tom Lindbon for finding the rims at opposite ends of the country and quick expediting. And Frank Romo for his prompt installation of the rims. You should be very proud of the way your service and parts departments take care of the customers. Very friendly, caring, timely, and professional. Thank You Jim More

Very happy I found the truck I wanted on the lot and made the 2 hour drive to look at and buy it. Don and the crew were very friendly and I was very happy with the feel of the place.
