In terms of price, ease of purchase, and the willingness to be flexible in most situations, there simply is no better dealer. Now I live in California, and usually what that means is anytime you purchase the Ford Raptor, you have to pay $30,000 mark up. I went down to Tom Hillier Ford, and they gave me the cheapest price in the state, along with daily updates. Waiting for the truck I was like the inpatient girlfriend who is jealous, calling every day asking a ton of questions. The whole team at Tom Hillier Ford put up with my craziness as i waited for my Raptor to arrive. After having the vehicles for a few years And getting them serviced, the customer service has been second to none. Simply put, if you’re looking for a new vehicle and you are in the area, Tom Hillier Ford needs to be in the top list of dealers you go to. Ryann provided excellent service, very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through the whole sale process. He even accommodated us by coming in on his off time to complete the sale. I HAVE A FORD ESCAPE THAT HAS BEEN RECALLED. I STOPPED BY AND ED WENT AHEAD AND SCHEDULED THE WORK TO BE DONE ON THURSDAY AUG 2 AFTER 7:30 A. I ARRIVED ABOUT 7:45 A. A DIFFERENT PERSON CHECKED ME IN. I BY AND ED WENT AHEAD AND SCHEDULED THE WORK TO BE DONE ON THURSDAY AUG 2 AFTER 7:30 A. I ARRIVED ABOUT 7:45 A. A DIFFERENT PERSON CHECKED ME IN. I TOLD HIM I WOULD WAIT FOR THE JOB TO BE COMPLETED. I WENT TO THE WAITING ROOM. ABOUT 8:30 A I DECIDED TO STRETCH AND WALK AROUND. I WALKED AROUND THE FACILITY AND FINALLY WENT TO WHERE I HAD PARKED WHEN I ARRIVED. THERE SAT MY CAR. I WENT IN TO CHECK AND ED WALKED BY ME 2 OR 3 TIMES, COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. FINALLY TH PERSON WHO HAD CHECKED ME IN CAME OUT. HE THEN TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS TO DO THE JOB. FORD WOULD PROBABLY NOT RELEASE THEM UNTIL AFTER THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH. HE HAD TO GET A MECHANIC TO TRY TO DISCONNECT THE CRUISE CONTROL. THE MECHANIC TRIED AND SAID IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO DISCONNECT. I AM SUPPOSED TO BE CALLED WHEN THE PARTS ARE RECEIVED. I WAS TOLD THE WORK WOULD TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR TO COMPLETE. I AM AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND WASTED ALMOST AN HOUR. ED SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ESCAPE BEFORE MAKING THE APPOINTMENT AND KNOWN THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT YET AVAILABLE. I AM RELUCTANT TO RESCHEDULE THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED. THE PERSON WHO CHECKED ME IN APOLOGIZED SAYING A MISTAKE WAS CERTAINLY MADE. WAYNE L ENGEL More
