After seven years of remaining loyal to the ‘Tom gill advantage’ I bring my low mileage car into the dealer to get my hard earned ‘free’ tires. I am told the offer expired after six years, while this is advantage’ I bring my low mileage car into the dealer to get my hard earned ‘free’ tires. I am told the offer expired after six years, while this is legally true and the service manger eventually agreed to grant me two free tires as long as I bought two others. Meh. I have modified my review, originally I gave them one star but in light of coming partway toward the right way to reward my loyalty, only after I asked to better their offer of one free tire, they agreed to two. Obviously I did not expect to pay for any of my new tires. More

Don't buy from Tom Gill We've only had our car over a month & now it has.engine problems. The service dept could not get us in for 6 days. They also did not have a loaner for us for 6 days. This is causing us to continue to drive out car. We can't borrow a car from anyone, & will not pay for a rental because Tom Gill promised us one! This was a big selling point too btw. They were so cordial when they sold us the car, now it's like they don't care. The tech that put the tire on seemed to be in such a hurry, they didn’t replace the valve stem cover, and they didn’t even take the time to clean the tire off before mounting it to the wheel. More
