I purchased a new Chevy Equinox in June 2010, and the whole process was easy. I love my new vehicle and recently returned to the dealership for my first oil change. I had only driven it 2600 miles in the first 6 months, but they treated me very nicely in the service dept. I then opted to test drive the new Chevy Cruze and the salesman, Jeff Woods was very nice. He understood that I wasn't going to purchase another vehicle at that time, but still took the time to explain the features and answer all of my questions. He could have dumped me off to someone else, but he took his time and I appreciate that fact. More

In for 5k service - change the oil, rotate the tires... not much to it. Service was what one would expect... nothing wrong with it but nothing outstanding either. Only brought it to dealer to maintain tire protection but I'm reevaluating the logic in it - not sure it's worth the additional cost incurred for something I'm capable of doing myself. More

This dealer is different. They bring you the car after you tell them what you want. They have no cars in the showroom. I bought the first car they showed me. I told them how much I could afford and what I needed and they came back with that & more. My loan was approved very quickly. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. The incentives are far better than other dealers, the tire replacement, free key replacement & dent removal and even a personal assistant. Amazing! More

If it wasnt for Jeff Woods I would have went to Ford for a new truck, That is the only reson I got my New truck there. He showed me what a Chevrolet had over a ford.
