My wife and I went to look for a used Suburban, we have been looking on the internet and we just stopped into Tom Gill Chevrolet to Browse the lot. Anthony Haley, approached us, in a non aggressive manner, and asked if he could help us, it was very cold and we wanted to see the vehicle, he said he would bring it indoors for us to take a closer look. We were Brought in the door Where Tom Gill was shooting a commercial, it was pretty quiet, but business as usual. What actually brought us there, my wife has said for several years, if she was going to buy a vehicle, Tom seemed like an honest man and we should try his place of business. We were offered refreshments, and made to feel very welcome. No one and I mean no one wants to be in a dealer for several hours as painstaking as it is, we were very comfortable, and the atmosphere was really nice. The sales floor was flooded with people, We realized that they must do something right, We test drove the vehicle, had to go home for some paperwork they needed. When we got back it was near closing time, we were not rushed out, we finally got our chance to finance, we were not pressured at all. The car buying experience was the most painless we have ever had. The night service advisor, introduced himself to us and fixed a tire pressure light on the spot as well, and offered to take care of our needs, he said he would take us on a non-scheduled appt time. The other finance person came out and congratulated us on our purchase. One other thing I would like to mention,that I never told them at Tom Gill, I worked for Jeff Wyler Automotive for 25 Years In the service Dept. Most of the employees never had a conversation with Mr. Wyler, let alone many customers. Our deal was in the early part of the process, after Tom Gill was done shooting his commercial, he walked through the Showroom and spoke to a few of the customers, and thanked them for their Business. How "AWESOME" is that, He is the Owner of the place. He stands by his reputaion a "Business of Character". That impressed my Wife and I alot. I would recommend Tom Gill to everyone that is interested in a new vehicle, and I will. Vehicle just like EGGS, aren't always cheaper in the country, However you always get what you pay for, So go to Tom Gill, and I am sure that there are many good Sales people there, but ask for Anthony Haley, you will be glad you did, he is like talking to a good friend. Aske him about his litte girl and watch him light up, he is a good man.
