My overall experience at Tom Gill Chevrolet was a good one. After going from dealership to dealership trying to get financed with my horrible credit, Tom Gill was the one who was finally able to do it wit one. In trying to get financed it does take a lot longer to do when you have poor credit vs. someone with good credit. The finance manager Tom (I do not know his last name) worked for a good 6 hours on just me, and even called his daughter to find old business cards to get me approved for a loan! While all the time Peter Klei brought into a back side office so I could use my laptop without being in the view of everyone. He also stayed with me the whole time and kept me entertained while Tom was working. I drove away with a 2007 Mustang GT and couldn’t have been more satisfied than I am. I had just awesome customer service, the price on the car was great and of course I got financed I will recommend Pete and the rest of the guys at Tom Gill to everyone I can. More

This dealership was wonderful! Jeff Woods is by far the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. He was fair and wanted to work with me when many other dealerships had turned me away. Being 19 and buying a new car, no one wanted to try and work out a deal with me. It was a very long process for me but Jeff stayed with me the entire time and got me into a wonderful new car! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly! Asked if I needed anything and almost everyone there congratulated me on getting my first new car! Even Tom Gill Himself shook my hand today and congratulated me. Just proves that even the top man cares about his customers. The whole experience for me was just wonderful. I felt I was the only one in the dealership. All attention was focused on me, the customer and that was very impressive. He found the best deal for me. He was concerned about me!! He wanted me to be satisfied with everything because I was making a big purchase. Another thing the dealership and Pete did for me was, that day when I purchased my car, the dealership bought me, my fiancee and his son lunch. A free lunch, for buying a new car with them, how great. That made me feel really good. Not too long after I purchased my car, I found scratches. I called them and they took me right away. Their body shop did a fantastic job. They were also very courteous and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I felt like my satisfaction was very important to them. In order for me to explain how we arrived at the rating given to this dealer, I must tell you of the actual "Tom Gill Chevrolet experience".We were out one morning running errands,when the topic of disc given to this dealer, I must tell you of the actual "Tom Gill Chevrolet experience".We were out one morning running errands,when the topic of discussion turned out to be about shopping for a car.We had been looking at cars here and there but had not done any serious looking. Suddenly my husband made a turn into Tom Gill and says "Don't worry we aren't buying nothing,we're just gonna look. We went in and inside there was some nice cars on the floor,a coffee bar,what seemed like many customers and some smiling sales people who greeted us right away.We were introduced to Pete who was friendly,knowledgeable and hospitable.Pete answered all our questions,got our credit reports, and was straightforward about everything.Pete didn't pressure us or make us feel rushed. Pete made us feel like we were with family,offering us food,coffee or coke. We didnt make a decision that day,but promised Pete we would return.Through the week we got messages from Pete again with no pressure.The following weekend we did some more serious car shopping and found cars we might have decided on, but returned to Tom Gill,remembering our promise.Once there Pete once again made us feel welcome and took us for a test drive.About this time I was cold and my feet were wet from walking the parking lot in the snow.We went inside sat down.I knew then that I found the car that I loved to drive.Pete took us through the process of buying a car.It was short and painless and Pete got out an electric heater and let me take off my shoes and warm and dry my feet by the heater.We not only got a new car that day ,but we got a new Friend!
