We txted and spoke, thine I was able to go and drive the car. Felicia was both very professional and friendly. Fantastic combination in customer service. She worked tirelessly until we could get a deal settled. She even arranged for me to keep the car over night so I could have a third party look it over. Wonderful service. When it came time to close the deal she was like a coke bottle all shook up she was so excited for me. The entire process took just over an hour, I was thrilled.
