I went to Gills place for some work on my car and I needed some regular maitenance as well. I got an estimate on the work - HOLY COW! When I asked what they charged for labor by the hour, they gave m needed some regular maitenance as well. I got an estimate on the work - HOLY COW! When I asked what they charged for labor by the hour, they gave me the run around and were difficult to pin down to exact numbers, but when I finally wrestled it out of them it was $115 an hour. That is highway robbery. No wonder they have that giant building, they are ripping off their service customers. I went to Robke's place the labor for the same job $75. Thats $40 an hour less. I saved $120 on labor alone by leaving Gills place. I bought my car from Gill, and they are overcharging me - their own customer? I will never go back there. When I called back to tell them how much I saved, they acted like they had such better mechanics. Don't believe it - all the mechanics are GM mechanics at the dealerships. It surely is not worth $40 more an hour. That's highway robbery! Keep your money in your pocket - stay away from Gills place. He must have a huge payment on that huge building and he is trying to make it on one customer. That won't be me. More

I tried to buy a car from that place and the salesman kept changing his story too much. After too many versions of his story I asked to see the owner. Mr. Tom Gill. I think he was hoping I would leave. And when he finally came down from his penthouse office he was a complete jerk. He treated me like I was a piece of trash. He talked to me like I did not understand English. I finally got so mad about his attitude I left. I would never recommend anyone ever go there. I would not sent my worst enemy their - what a den of thieves that is. STAY AWAY! I feel like I barely got out alive they way Tom Gill acted. IF that is a business of character - well trust me it is not! I will never ever go back to that establishment. More

I bought a car at Gill, from a salesman named Bill Linton. This guy was a piece of work. When he sold us the Trailblazer, he was flirting with my wife in front of me! They advertised "free gas" and their "free" gas is not free. In fact, it takes over 2 years to get your money. It was such a rip off I left and went to another dealer and purchased the exact same vehilc free. In fact, it takes over 2 years to get your money. When I turned the complaint over to the BBB, of which they are a Torch member, the response I received from them was rude too. Stay away - that's my best advice. More
