2013 Traverse We were in the market to upgrade to a crossover or SUV for our growing family. We had been looking for a few months but did not need anything immediat We were in the market to upgrade to a crossover or SUV for our growing family. We had been looking for a few months but did not need anything immediately since we both had reliable, trustworthy vehicles. When we went to look at Tom Gill we met Chris Roderick who took down our families wish list and brought back 4 options. We quickly narrowed it down to 2 Traverses and he was so informative and patient while I test drove both of them. One was more basic and less expensive and the other was a nicer model that cost a little bit more, Chris never once tried to sway my decision or pressure me. All vehicles were priced competitively with Kelly Blue Book pricing (we double checked) there was no price negotiation needed. We were so pleased, impressed and comfortable that we ended up buying a 2013 Traverse that day! Chris made the buying process easy and no hassle. Laron in finance fully explained each form that I signed. I have NEVER had such a helpful finance professional. I can truly say that we enjoyed our car buying experience and will go back to Chris in the future for our car buying needs. More
