Silverado Purchase Overall buying experience was very positive. It is a very well run dealership, where all the staff are courteous and helpful. Our salesman Jayson Lopez did a great job to locate the vehicle with the exact specifications we were looking for and was very prompt and responsive to all of our questions and requests. We visited Tom Gill Chevrol My family and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We had narrowed our choices to the Malibu or Equinox. We visited Tom Gill Chevrolet and had a wonderful experience. When we arrived at the dealership we met Matt Atkins. Matt assisted us through the process of purchasing a vehicle. We had recently driven a Malibu on an out of town trip and needed to test drive the Equinox. Matt set up our test drive and went through the features of the Equinox with us. He answered all our questions and provided us with the information to make our decision. Matt was never "pushy" (as some salesmen can be) and always gave us the courtesy of talking things over just amongst ourselves. We made our decision to purchase an Equinox. I had done some previous research on line and was comfortable with a price for the vehicle that would work for us. We sat down with Matt and with a little give and take reached an agreeable price for both of us. Matt made the whole process smooth and it was done in a short amount of time. Everyone at Tom Gill Chevrolet that we came in contact with was pleasant and professional and made the process enjoyable. We were impressed with the features of the Equinox and with the Tom Gill Advantage (such things as complimentary maintenance for two years and two full sets of tires). Nonresponsive, no follow-up communication, lack of interest They sent me a card about the recall for my Cobalt ignition replacement. I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. I was twice routed to an answering machine and left a message. Later in the day, I finally reached a live human and was told the man handling the Cobalt recalls would call me back within 24-48 hours. Okay, Wednesday came and went, no call. It's now Thursday;72 hours later I call and once again get only voicemail at the service department. I inform them that 72 hours is unacceptable and if they don't need the business, they could at least let me know, otherwise I'll be forced to go to another Chevy service as I don't feel they're being responsive in a timely manner. Guess what? No return call. I'm amazed they have customers - probably only because of location convenience!!! Never will I have any further dealings with them! Apparently after reading other reviews elsewhere this is their modus operandi. Pitiful. More

Nate the Great Nate definitely earned his sale. He is friendly and does his best to get you the very best deal he can. This was my first time buying and I am sure I Nate definitely earned his sale. This was my first time buying and I am sure I bugged the poor guy to death with questions, but he was always there happy to help (even when it was his day off). I was very nervous at first but he was so welcoming I soon felt at home and he helped me pick out my new car. Nate even offered to put Saturday morning cartoons on for me when I was there waiting to sign the paper work. (I am a kid at heart) Seriously though, my car buying experience was just at it should be, exciting and easy, which I have Nate to thank for that. I would recommend anyone to him and will for sure be going back to him when it's car buying time again. More

When spending this type of money for a car it should be fun (which it never was) until we worked with Nate. He went out of his way to find us the Tahoe we were looking for and even stayed late with his family on their night off to get us the car which was being delivered from another state and delivered it to our home at 12:30 A.M. so we could drive it on vacation the next morning.
