The service staff is extremely friendly and go to great lengths to answer any questions I had about the "major service" I was having done to my car. My car was scheduled for a minor service and I immediate lengths to answer any questions I had about the "major service" I was having done to my car. My car was scheduled for a minor service and I immediately received a call when the dealership opened explaining that because of my mileage I was due for the major service to keep my powertrain warranty. Michael was not pushy about it in any way and explained how important it was to have it done. He was up front with the pricing and told me when to expect my car to be ready. Upon arrival, my car was still being services, but he kept me totally informed as to where they were in the process. Once the car was done, he was available for any questions or comments I may have had. I enjoy the atmosphere of Tom Gill Chevrolet...they have very friendly staff and are extremely helpful and not the normal "pushy" dealership I've dealt with before. MICHAEL MONDAY IS AN ASSET TO THE CHEVROLET NAME. WE WERE HAVING A BAD DAY AFTER LANDED AT THE LOCAL AIRPORT AFTER A LONG TRIP. OUR CAR WHICH HAD SAT FOR A WEEK HAD A DEAD BATTERY. THE BATTERY WAS OVE WERE HAVING A BAD DAY AFTER LANDED AT THE LOCAL AIRPORT AFTER A LONG TRIP. OUR CAR WHICH HAD SAT FOR A WEEK HAD A DEAD BATTERY. THE BATTERY WAS OVER 6 YEARS OLD. WE GOT A JUMP AT THE AIRPORT AND WHEN STRAIGHT TO SEARS FOR A NEW BATTERY. THEY WERE VERY RUDE, SO WE WENT DIRECTLY ACROSS THE ROAD THE TOM GILL CHEVROLET AND SPOKE WITH MICHAEL WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR PROBLEM. HE HAD A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED RIGHT AWAY AND GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD FOR OUR 2 HOUR DRIVE HOME. I WOULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP THE MORE THAT 500% RATING IT DESERVES. More

As consumers I believe we often accept a very low level of customer service, BUT I have been pleasantly surprised and delighted with the excellence and integrity with which I have been treated by Mike and all of the others in the service department. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. There were mechanical issues with the new car I had purchased (which were not the fault of the dealership). Mike and the other service advisers, along with Jim Shrout, the service manager, were diligent in making sure everything was addressed and all things were handled to my satisfaction. They have always done what they have said they would do, and I am pleased to recommend them. More
We feel like Mark Miller, bent over backwards to do everything to make us happy and get us the vehicle we wanted. The only problem we had, was we could not get financed where we wanted, but the folks everything to make us happy and get us the vehicle we wanted. I was brought to the dealership because i had heard of a new car called "cruze". When i first went in, i was freezing so i decided to get a coffee from the cafe and to my surprise, it was complimentary. The new car called "cruze". The woman that served me at the cafe was helpful in introducing me to the saleswoman that gave me all the details of the car. she was very informative and offered to pull the car inside so i wouldn't have to look at it in the cold. even though she knew i wasn't buying that day, she still gave me her full attention and didn't try to overwhelm me. my experience was wonderful from starting at the cafe and finished knowing that when i do buy a car, i will definately come back there! and, i was impressed to see that Mr.Gill was there and when i asked if that was unusual, i found out that he is there every day. I made an appointment with the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind, and Mark and the staff ensured that the vehicles most closely matching what I was looking for were pulled to the front, washed, and ready for me to inspect and take for a drive. Mark went over all the details and features of the vehicles and ensured that I understood the tradeoff's associated with each one. During the test drive, the staff assessed my trade-in and had a very fair trade-in value assigned to my car when I returned. After I made my choice, Mark sat down with me and reviewed all the details of the transaction. Negotiations were done quickly and efficiently, and I received a very good price and a very good trade-in. It was by far the smoothest new vehicle purchase I've been through, and I've been through quite a few. I was treated very well by all of the staff at the dealership, from the sales staff to the finance department. I highly recommend Tom Gill Chevrolet and Mark Miller to my family and friends, and they have gone out of their way to ensure that I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. More
