This dealership is the best one I've ever been to. I was ready to pull my hair out shopping for a car until I walked into Tom Gill Chevrolet. Other dealerships showed me cars that I told them I wouldn't like or that were out of my price range, but when I met Mark Miller, he asked me EXACTLY what I wanted and after I told him, he left for a while, brought back a car, and guess what?? That's the one that I bought! Mark was wonderful during the whole process. He wasn't pushy and made it so easy for me; all I had to do was pick out the car, give him my financing information and pick up the car the next day. He was amazing! He actually still helps me now. I call him anytime I have questions or problems concerning the purchase of my car and he helps me right away. Not only did I find a dealership that I can buy from for life, I also made a lifelong friend. Anyone that I hear is trying to buy a car, I convince them to go to Tom Gill and see Mark Miller because I know that they'll be treated the way they deserve, like a person, rather than someone walking around with the word commission printed above their heads. Good dealership, but I had a bad experience. Started out ok, with getting my info into the system to start the process to getting the finance approval. Damon was designated salesman I started working with. He was helpful and tried whatever he could to get me the deal i wanted. We spoke several times about different vehicles that i would check out on tomgill.com to see if we could find one in my price range. At the end is when everything went wrong. I had spoken with Damon about coming down to check out a certain car and to have Ian (finance) get the numbers finalized so when i got there, I could sign and go...well, Damon had told me that he had some personal business he had to travel to and he would not be there but he would advise Ian and a couple other people that I was coming in to finish this purchase. When I arrived and told the first person that approached me that Ian knows that I was on my way and that he should have things about done. Ian must have left...not there. So they told Ben (another salesman) was now with us. Leron looked up our information and came back with totally the wrong vehicle. At that point we saw Tom Sparrow (finance), who we have known for many years...told him what is going on and he said give him 15 mins to finish another deal and he would look into it. Before Tom got back to us, we were told that they just sold the car i had been talking to Damon about for 2 days. During this whole fiasco I was talking to and texting Damon to tell him tha nothing he had told me happened...he again made calls back to the dealership trying to find out what happened and how to fix it. He went above and beyond for me. As soon I found out they sold the car I just came in to get, I started for thte door. With one foot out the door, Tom came over and wanted us to let him look into our deal...within 15 mins he had the numbers and where I wanted them, on a different car. If it hadn't been for Damon and Tom Sparrow...this deal would not have happened. More
I have always bought from Tom Gill and have never had a bad experience. Steve is a very friendly guy who will do all he can to get the best deal. I went in to see about an advertised truck but it was gone already. Steve told me about another truck that had all of the things I wanted plus many more. I felt I could not afford this truck but after the discussion with the sales manager we worked out the deal. It turned out I paid less for this truck with more extras than the advertised price of the other one. I would recomend Tom Gill to anyone looking for a good car or truck at a good value. Also the service department there is great. Rex and Rick are the best. More

I have dealt with Rex Tonin for several years. He has always helped me to get in and out as fast as possible, realizing that I need my truck for business. I have never had any problem with any service from them, nor have I ever been "sold" any I thought I did not need. I first began using them for service at the recommendation of a salesman from one of their competitors. Rex has also helped me in a couple of areas which were on the margins of warranty, pointing out to the "higher ups" that my wife and I are good customers, having leased one and bought two vehicles from them since 2007. My son and I were treated better than royalty. Then fed my son and gave him tokens to the Pirates of The Carribean pinball machine. It's a real hit with the kids and leave Moms, Dads, etc free to discuss the purchase of the vehicle. I told Jeff what I wanted in a vehicle and he found it and more. My new to car - a 2007 Chevy Colbalt - drives like a dream. The heated seats are nice too and they made sure I didn't go over my requested price range. And most importantly the salespeople are not high pressure sales people. They have male and female salespeople and they know their stuff. They are one of the only 7 % of dealers able to offer the Motor Trend assurance and they have 117 point inspection. Needless to say I love this dealership. More

Thank you for selling me a vehicle. I wish however that the problems with the vehicle were fixed prior to the dealership putting it out on the lot for sale. It caused me to be without my new vehicle for 8 the problems with the vehicle were fixed prior to the dealership putting it out on the lot for sale. It caused me to be without my new vehicle for 8 straight days. Then after getting it back, some other problems arose from the initial fix. I was always treated well by Mike R. in service. Thanks! about a month ago i bought a used truck from tom gill.i started working a 2nd job which i was driving about 75 miles a day.what i made at the part time job covered gas & put a little money in my pocket.so started working a 2nd job which i was driving about 75 miles a day.what i made at the part time job covered gas & put a little money in my pocket.so i called mark & told him the situation i waas in.he went to work & came up with a fix.i traded the truck in on a new 2010 cobolt.we worked out a deal & now im driving a new cobolt saving money at the pump & warranties that will keep my new car running & looking new for a long time to come.i would like to thank tom gill & mark miller for helping me out with this.they are a world class dealership.i would recommend they highly to anyone who i know that is looking for a new car More
