The overall service was excellent. I have traditionally owned Toyotas and, although I do not have any complaints about my experience with Toyotas, I can honestly say that my recent experience with Tom Gill owned Toyotas and, although I do not have any complaints about my experience with Toyotas, I can honestly say that my recent experience with Tom Gill Chevrolet met, if not exceeded, my expectations. The atmosphere was quite pleasant. Eevryone we encountered were very helpful and courteous. We were at Tom Gill Chevrolet for minor service on a 2004 Malibu but we are strongly considering purchasing a Chevy Traverse because of the high ratings that Consume Report gave this vehicle and we trust Consumer Report. I am a die-hard Toyota customer but I will not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Tom Gill Chevrolet on my next car purchase. Thank you for great service More

I usually don't fill these out, but I bought a used truck from Ben and it was the most fun I've ever had buying a vehicle. Not only did I get the truck I wanted, but Ben made the experience fun and I didn't from Ben and it was the most fun I've ever had buying a vehicle. He went out of his way to get all the information I needed for my loan by picking it up at my house because I didn't plan on coming home with the truck when I went out looking. The Tom Gill Dealership visit experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. It has been eleven years since we shopped for a new car... Naturally, Rose and I were there on New Year's Eve (12.31. pleasant from beginning to end. It has been eleven years since we shopped for a new car... Naturally, Rose and I were there on New Year's Eve (12.31.2010). The show room is inviting, comfortable seating arranged in pods of private settings so we could talk without sitting right next to another customer. The place was pretty busy when we walked in at 5PM and we were treated in a friendly, courteous manner right from the first "hello" from the Receptionist. Other staff including, Mark Miller,Laron Moore, Mark Holly and Michelle(who completed our paper work at almost 7PM that evening)and the behind the scenes staff that prep the car and get it ready to leave the lot were just very customer service oriented, friendly, polite and helpful. We were looking for a 2011 HHR and Tom Gill was the fourth dealership that we had actually visited and spent time with in the previous two days. We knew what we could not purchase an HHR from those dealerships were but they just seemed unwilling to negotiate on the price. It was different at Tom Gill. We told Mark what we were looking for, he brought it up to the show room from the lot, and went over the entire vehicle from top to bottom explaining the features etc. Mark then explained the different promotions and allowances that were in place from dealer rebates to the 0% financing option,the Customer Loyalty Rewards Program, the Easy Care Program,the free car washes, the promotions for Onstar and Sirius Radio and the Advantage Rewards Program. We negotiated the cost with the Marks, and we truly believe that we did not pay more than we had to for the HHR; we know we actually got a great deal from Tom Gill that the other dealerships could have given but simply chose not to. We just are really pleased with the entire experience and want to thank everyone involved for their efforts to get this vehicle in our driveway! We certainly will recommend Tom Gill Chevrolet at every opportunity. Happy New Year!! PS. Had a very good experience from the moment I walked in the door. Was greated friendly by the receptionist who talked with me until someone was available. my sister in law and i were out looking for cars since i had just moved to the area. we had been to a lot of dealerships that day, and in most cases, were treated more like a nuisance than a customer. Mark was amazing and extremely friendly. i'll come back again and give mark our business, i felt like a person and not a number. while i was there, my daughter called upset because she had lost her necklace and mark asked about it later in the day when i returned to pick up the car. he had followed up with me periodically just to see how the car is working out for me. mark will have my business for as long as i live in the area and i will definitely refer others to this dealership More
