Plus you'd have to earn 2 sets in 6 years to qualify for the full warranty, when we don't even qualify for one set. I will never go back to Tom Gill and never buy another Chevrolet. More

A salesman named Zac Dailey My best friend and I visited the Tom Gill Chevrolet dealership in Florence KY last night after going to dinner. A salesman by the name of Zac Dailey My best friend and I visited the Tom Gill Chevrolet dealership in Florence KY last night after going to dinner. A salesman by the name of Zac Dailey was absolutely awesome. I am 66 yrs. old and have purchased lots of cars in my time and I have neither one of us had ever experienced the exemplary customer service that this salesman demonstrated to my friend and I. He went above and beyond the basic car salesman routine. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. She gave Zac some specs of what she wanted in a car and how much she was willing to spend for it. It was a hard list. Zac spun his magic and within a few minutes he had a number of cars for us to inspect and review. He was always 100% professional and very knowledgeable about the cars. He was very pleasant and never boring. He was able to answer all of my questions about the different items /options on all of the different cars, without hesitation. That impressed both of us. I ran a body shop for 27 years and know a thing or two about cars. He was very sure about his answers and had an answer to all of the questions. here was no bluffing or sales games going on at any time. Thank you Tom Gill for training your salespeople to be honest and straight-shooters. That means a lot today. Lots of people take the time to complain or grumble but can never seem to find the time it takes to give someone worthy of a compliment ..... a compliment. Zac did a most outstanding job. 1.
