He then talked with us first with a visualized notebook and explained the various practices of the company. One thing he mentioned was that salesmen are not paid by what they sell but the manner in which the salesman talks with customers in order meet their needs As we moved to his desk area, he was very skilled in using the computer or getting help from his manager if it was needed in our search. We were VERY pleased to find something better than we expected along with a good trade-in allowance. All-in-all we found Josh to be very congenial, competent, and helped us have a great experience in finding a car. We were surprised when we asked how long he'd worked there and discovered it was only 2 months. Josh is an excellent salesman and has great aptitude n becoming very successful in the future. Note: This review was sent prior to the matter of the damage on the driver's side of the windshield which was seen on the 12th appearing to be from a bird, but discovered on the 13th it's an embedded small stone.
