Upgrading Impalas I visited Tom Gill Chevrolet on February 16th after visiting two other neighboring dealerships looking for a sedan. Upon arriving, Cheri Wells greeted I visited Tom Gill Chevrolet on February 16th after visiting two other neighboring dealerships looking for a sedan. Upon arriving, Cheri Wells greeted us and listened to our needs rather than immediately trying to sell us a car. In fact, Cheri informed us immediately that she was not a commissioned salesman and only received bonuses from our satisfaction. Cheri proceeded to match us with a few different Impalas that were well within our budget parameters. She brought each vehicle one by one into a heated garage for us to look at indoors and walked us through each vehicle detail by detail. Cheri was extremely transparent and even walked through the car pointing out minor scratches that could be cleaned up for us before taking the vehicle home. She made us feel as though she was on our team to help us find a car within our budget, mileage parameters, and that would serve our family’s needs. While discussing the pricing, the sales manager Greg came to our table and thanked us for coming in offering us beverages. Greg took time to take us to one of the garages and again walk over the features of the car with us. After visiting several other dealerships looking for a sedan, we purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Impala for the exact same price listed on the Tom Gill website. The Tom Gill team never played games with the prices or trade-in value or the car. The entire process was fully transparent without any shady, uncomfortable negotiating. At the end of the day, I left Tom Gill with a new car, smile, and would highly recommend the entire Tom Gill team to anyone looking for a great price and a haggle free price. More
