Peace of mind from the car buying Nightmare We recently loss our SUV on a car accident and had little time to shop for a new one. I did as much research as i could on potential vehicles but the thought of going to a dealer gave me mass anxiety and nightmares. I always feel like they are out to get you specially if you don't know much about cars or how to negotiate. I seen a TV commercial about tom gill Chevrolet and decided to take a chance and go check it out, since the other dealers i have talked to during my research where not been very helpful. From the moment we walked in Chris H. was already expecting us. He was very pleasant and very family oriented. We had to take our 2 year old daughter with us so he grabbed some toys for her to make our car buying process easier. Chris listen to all of my preferences and concerns. He explained everything in detail, and gave us options keeping in mind our budget and our little one. So by the end of it all we left really satisfied and with what we wanted. He was patient and respectful, and so easy to get along with. He made sure to not move on from any step until we were comfortable with the one we had just taken, whether that be apprasing our trade in, finding the car we wanted to look at (while showing us others that would meet all the needs we had listed), test driving and inspecting, and most importantly, he took the time to walk us through the paperwork and not rush one sheet by us until we knew what it was and were happy with it. This did not go unnoticed, as the paperwork process at other dealerships seems confusing and fast paced and leaves you feeling uncomfortable and unsure of yourself. The processes at Tom Gill Chevrolet are refined and efficient and geared completely toward the buyers confidence and understanding. However these processes wouldn't have been so, if it weren't for the outstanding work done by Bobby. He even called a couple of days later when we were said to have been back home after a 10 hr drive to make sure the car was treating us well and to see if there was anything he could do! This Dealership sets the bar for all others while Bobby Stammer sets the bar for all salesmen, and when you have a combination like that, you just can't go wrong. More

I have bought several cars over the years and this was the most enjoyable and no pressure transaction I have had. I used to work for a used car dealer, years ago. So, I am always armed and ready when shopping for a vehicle. I didn’t need to be “armed” when shopping this time. Buying a vehicle is a big decision and stressful as well. David and the entire staff made me comfortable and confident in my shopping and buying decision. Most the time when buying a car or going to a mechanic, if you are female, they try to take advantage of you. I never felt that way at Tom Gill Chevrolet. One important thing to keep in mind, the sales staff are salary, they are NOT paid commission. That was very important to me. They stayed within my budget, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and never tried to push me into anything. Jimmy, the "finance guy" was extremely helpful, informative, patient and friendly as well. I love my new Pre-Owned Chevy Equinox. I will buy from Tom Gill Chevrolet again and recommend them highly.
