He gave me the options and said "it's your vehicle you choose if you want any extra, I'm not going to try to tell you either way". Who else does that. I wish I wouldn't have been so defensive but I've been baited and switched on for the last few months. I didn't think there was an honest dealership left in the Cincinnati area except for 1 Ford dealership in Milford, but that just didn't work out. If I ever need a Chevy again and I'm sure we will Tom Gill is my #1 and I will relax and get the car I want without any hassle. It's really the way car buying should be. I'd ask for Chris again he was absolutely easy to talk to and so honest. I just hope their service is the same experience. More
