First off, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Natasha Gibbs for initiating the conversation. She offered to purchase my 2014 Camaro because it only had 10,000 miles but I didn't want to give it up. Then she mentioned perhaps a trade for a 2017, which I was pretty interested in the new blue color. TJ was very patient and walked with us while we circled and circled, we didn't know what we were looking for exactly, so like I said he was very patient. I could go thru detail by detail, and every detail is all positive. Bottom line is all of the staff at Tom Gibbs were very professional and friendly, we didn't encounter any "sales people" or pressure from anyone. All the information (warranty, certification details, estimated trade value, financing options, etc) were laid out to me prior to my three hour trip to the dealership, so I felt very comfortable in making a decision to go with this dealer. When I arrived the vehicle was exactly as advertised and the price payment were what we discussed prior to my visit. Billy did a great job going over the vehicle's features and Robert Arkin in finance was able to procure very aggressive loan terms. I wouldn't hesitate to drive another 3 hours to go to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet the next time I'm in the market for a used car. This was a great experience from start to finish!
