The only thing that I wasn't clear on is the final cost. It was much higher then what I was told. I believe that was partly my falt for not double checking. But should I have had to. Maintainance nightmare! I scheduled maintenance on my Hyundai days ahead of time; ordered the tires and lined up exactly what I wanted done. My appointment was set for 8:30am I scheduled maintenance on my Hyundai days ahead of time; ordered the tires and lined up exactly what I wanted done. My appointment was set for 8:30am; I arrived 5 minutes early. It is now 10:55 and the man just walked through and said that they had started on my car. I see no one else here, and there has been no other customers come through. How long does an oil change and two new tires take. They also tried to talk me into extra work that I know does not need to be done. Very angry. More
