Outstanding sales staff We decided we no longer liked the CX 3 after we purchased it from the dealer. It was too small in the interior when we loaded up the rear with items. We decided we no longer liked the CX 3 after we purchased it from the dealer. It was too small in the interior when we loaded up the rear with items. My wife complained she could not see the front of the car when trying to park and on a trip other drivers didn't seem to see us on I 75 and several time other drivers kept coming into our lane! I think the vehicle was too low and too small to compete with the trucks and larger SUV's on the road. We returned to the dealer after 2 weeks and they were most accommodating. We upgraded to the CX-5 and the car fit us perfectly. We were very happy when the staff said no problem to returning the CX-3 car and cancelling the original sale, no problem. Their customer service was outstanding and they were fast and efficient with all the paperwork to switch out our new choice. We didn't have to stay for hours to make the switch. Loved the dealership! Recommended all our friends to them! More
