I got my vehicle serviced from the orange park bmw location upon arrival I saw James the service manager and he wasn’t very welcoming to me and as I was waiting for him I noticed that he went above an location upon arrival I saw James the service manager and he wasn’t very welcoming to me and as I was waiting for him I noticed that he went above and beyond for a white female customer treating her like royalty and was extremely nice to me and was biased and not pleasant with me.
