He handled every question, concern, etc I asked until a salesman was available for a drive, that was Mark Maurais. From then on, I was in love (not with Mark, but with the beauty of the Mini Cooper). Mark is the kind of salesperson anyone would love to run into when buying a car; not aggressive, not running a con job, nor impatient. He loves his job and is invested in making sure you understand and appreciate their product. The time he took to make sure that he answered all of my questions, teach me the wonderful gadgets that this little beauty has to offer, and showing me how strong and sturdy it was on the road, was such a wonderful experience. The next day he called to make sure that everything was okay with the car and if he could be of assistance. I love this place! I WILL BE BACK! More

He provided me with regular updates about the car throughout the process, letting me know when production started, when it reached the docks, when it reached the US port, and most imprortantly - when I could finally pick up my new custom MINI.
