Steve was really great to work with. His ability to handle difficult questions and his knowledge of the vehicles was outstanding. When I came to the dealership I had no desire to buy another new vehicl handle difficult questions and his knowledge of the vehicles was outstanding. The reason I checked out Boland is because they are close to home and I prefered to buy locally if I was satisfied with the deal. Once I got on the lot and met Don Dorsey I felt very comfortable talking to D to home and I prefered to buy locally if I was satisfied with the deal. Tom Boland Ford ( Ed ) worked very well with my wife Lynn, and myself. We were having problems getting our trade vehicle in so that they could evaluate it for a trade. Ed worked with other staff and cam Lynn, and myself. We were having problems getting our trade vehicle in so that they could evaluate it for a trade. Ed worked with other staff and came up with solutions to the issue which made it easier to do business. My wife changed her mind on vehicles mid- stream. Ed rolled with the punches and made a very smooth transition right into the other vehicle which we finally landed on. The Finance office worked with us very well. They handled all the paperwork for us and made it a very pleasant experience overall. Being in sales myself and priding myself in being a none pushy sales associate, made it easier when dealing with the folks at TBF i never felt pressured at any time. I truly appreciate that.
