I have dealt with Tom Boland twice in the past 8 months. My first experience was in August 2021.. I bought a new 2021 F150 and was pleased with my experience and my sales person was great. Now the bad news. My first experience was in August 2021.. I bought a new 2021 F150 and was pleased with my experience and my sales person was great. Now the bad news. In Feburary of 2022 I purchased a new 2021 Bronco. Tom Boland charged me $5000.00 over the sticker price. I think this practice is unfair and unethical. Even Ford Motor Co. has chastised dealers for doing this. Granted I wasn't forced to buy it, but since I am a man of my word and agreed to purchase it, I bought it anyway. I have been told by some one else that it was also done to them. If don't think is the way to get return customers. I have made my last purchase there. I'm just putting this out there to let others know to be aware of these unsavory practices. I'm sure there is a lot of other dealers around that have honest intentions and ethics. Just because a product is new or popular is not a good reason to fleece your customers. Now " HECK OF A DEAL" takes on a whole new meaning.I More

I reported the problems right away and was told too bad, you took the car. I'm not sure how the General Manager, David Wheeler, got his job in customer service because he is extremely difficult and rude. They will not cooperate with fixing my car or with dealing with Ford Corporate Customer Service. They are a joke. I have always driver Fords but this will be the last one because of this horrendous experience. More
